Working with heterogeneous compute environments has become the requirement of the day, the ecosystem needed like programming languages, optimization tools still remain different requiring code rewrites. oneAPI an industry initiative by Intel, makes a bold attempt to bridge this gap, providing a unified development system to enhance productivity. Intel also provides oneAPI tools, to work with various compute hardware with one point of entry. This is the language SYCL/DPC++ (Data Parallel C++)

Kiran has been working in the Chip Design Industry for about 25 years, after completing his masters at Indian Institute of Science, with various fortune 500 companies at various geographic locations. Since his return to India close to a decade ago, he has been Involved in building AI Applications and enhancing performance for HPC applications.
