Pumpkin pie Turnovers. These came out so good. I put about 2 Tbsps of the pumpkin pie filling on a pastry square before topping it with another pastry square and then sealing it. Rumor has it that footage got lost lol.
Pumpkin Pie filling:
1- 15oz can Pumpkin Purée
1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 Large eggs
1 tsp pumpkin spice extract OR Vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Each- Ground Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspice and Salt.
