Atari ST Game: Dragon Lord (arcade adventure)
The reason I put "arcade adventure" in brackets is because there are two others with the same name: a strategy/war game (aka. Dragon's Breath, also for the Amiga) and a silly beat em up that I'll upload after this...
Anyway, this one is quite a surprise. It's on the Atari ST only, released by a French company called 16-32 Diffusion, and created by two guys (Jo and Thy) of which nothing seems to be known.
The graphics are magnificent and the gameplay not so bad either.
You must guide a dragon around three different levels (I'll name them Mountains, Castle, and Alien World) frying everything in your path that give up coins, extra energy, flame power, keys, etc...
Collect enough coins and take them to The Wizard on that level for various power-ups.
Accumulating enough points awards a higher rank, the Dragon Lord of the title apparently being the highest, which I couldn't quite reach. Perhaps this completes the game?
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anything past the Alien World, and there's no going back as the doors you opened are sealed.
