Hello everyone, as promised in my previous video I would be moving my focus onto more high-level management of maximising leverage in your business through working on $10,000/hr tasks.

Here's an overview of a Notion template I build for management businesses, projects and OnlyFans Models.

In future I will go over how we actually create SOPs in full-detail and the tools we use.

The template is designed to give you a birds eye overview of your entire business.

Planning & Mapping Strategies and processes
Management of team and assigned responsibilities and strategies of each team member
Management of all SOPs, Automations and Processes being used in your organization
SOP Templates
Training documentation for employees on the tech stack used for each strategy
Employee reviews and QA processes

This template is still a work in progress, but really solves the problem where previously each strategy would be a project in itself, this gives a more concise way of managing all operations in your business.
