This run was performed on a MiSTer (NES hardware emulator) with a Keychron keyboard. This setup offers console-level input delay with the reliability of a mechanical input device. After not playing the game for weeks, I managed to get 3 runs past 8-2 on mid 4:57 pace in the span of an hour. The first two died in really stupid ways, but the 3rd try was the charm, just as it was for my first 4:57!
