VIDEO DETAILS-- The conclusion of WWE RAW left Brock Lesnar extremely agitated due to what appeared to be a botched outcome. At the beginning of WWE RAW, Lesnar had taken Cody Rhodes' side in what many believed would be the main event match against Roman Reigns. However, the match never came to fruition.
The conclusion of WWE RAW left Brock Lesnar extremely agitated due to what appeared to be a botched outcome. At the beginning of WWE RAW, Lesnar had taken Cody Rhodes' side in what many believed would be the main event match against Roman Reigns. However, the match never came to fruition.
Things went south before the match could even begin. Although Rhodes was ready to face Reigns, he was caught off guard when Lesnar suddenly struck him with the F5. The beatdown continued as Lesnar landed another F5 and threw Rhodes out of the ring, pulverizing him in the ringside area. Lesnar then slammed Rhodes through the commentary table with yet another F5.
Lesnar left Rhodes lying in the ring as he walked up the ramp. Regrettably, he returned to inflict even more damage on Rhodes. Eventually, Lesnar walked away, allowing WWE officials and medical personnel to tend to Rhodes.
However, as personnel began treating Rhodes, Lesnar abruptly turned back, throwing his gloves off and preparing to rush the WWE ring. A WWE official signaled to him, and he realized that the show's time had expired, so he refrained from going back. Instead, he cursed at the camera and flipped it off, turning it toward Cody Rhodes. It was evident that The Beast Incarnate was going to return to the ring once again, but due to the show's time limit, it ended with Lesnar enraged and disappointed with the botched outcome.
It remains to be seen why Lesnar savagely attacked Rhodes and how Rhodes will react to the assault.
