This is a story, kind of like a guided meditation that my father used to tell me before going to sleep. And I thought it was really nice, so I hope it helps you sleep as well!!
It's slow spanish, since it is to help you relax as well as for you to learn Spanish while you fall asleep, so I would consider it to be pretty easy Spanish!! (For beginners and vocabulary wise intermediate!)
