Man arrested in shooting outside Blaine mall that sent building into lockdown
A man has been arrested after a shooting outside of Northtown Mall in Blaine sent the building into lockdown Sunday afternoon. No injuries were reported, and the shooting remains under investigation. FOX 9's Bill Keller has the latest.
