How to safeguard yourself from getting scammed -
1. Never download any trading app outside of the Play Store or the App Store.
2. Thoroughly check the app page before downloading.
3. Check if the broker is registered with SEBI.
4. Check for a confirmation message from your broker/CDSL/NSDL.
5. Report the crime.
