How Conficker Worm Grounded Fighter Jets!
In February 2009, the French Navy suffered disruptions due to the Conficker worm, which prevented the downloading of flight plans and affected critical systems. Despite prior warnings and available security patches, the worm exploited vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows, causing significant operational issues.
