This last weekend we went for a trip over to the Camotes Islands. The Camotes Islands are a small chain of provincial islands that are located a short ferry ride from the hustle and bustle of Cebu City, Philippines. Our friend and real estate mentor Mike invited us over to see a coastal plot of land he purchased as well as another smaller plot that is located about 150m from the coastline. The coastal plot still has yet to be developed but the inland plot has already had a bit of construction done to it with a very well-appointed 4 bedroom 3 bath house that he constructed fairly recently. While we were there we toured the main island and learned a great deal about how to construct a home in the Philippines. We had a lot of fun and learned so much while we were there. Mike explained to us how houses are typically constructed in the Philippines and we have a few more videos that will come out soon that go into detail on how to construct a home in the Philippines as well as an in-depth tour of the home he recently built.
