2024 App Update Giant Ride Control.
1- This update for Ride Control app mainly focuses on allocating how much motor assist a rider can use. User now has the ability to control various percentage of assist level depending on the kind of terrain they ride their bike.
2- Swapping 45mm with 32mm will make a hybrid bike ride smoother, quieter and will give better mileage, but may not be suitable for riding in the rain. Its worth mentioning here is that, this is a Hybrid bike not a mountain bike, so it is best suited for gravel and road use only.
About the App.:
The Giant app offers many options to fine tune your riding style, but does has its limitations and in some areas lack ease of use or glitches. But never the less can be a useful tool for those willing to work around its limitations.
I have used this bike post my injury from a car accident for recovery. With some tweaking on the app I was able to get a good riding experience for days when I just want to enjoy outdoors.
