Some "le hidden gems" amongst the passive skill tree & new mastery system that you might be able to use to make your Path of Exile build better. The new passive skill tree in 3.16 Scourge is a lot to take in, so here's some cool stuff I (and my viewers) have found so far. Hopefully something for everyone, regardless of your build.
