Know the Code: Stateroom Cruise Lingo

Cabin: your room on a cruise ship (also called a stateroom).
Category: the price level of a cabin determined by factors like location, size, and amenities.

Types of staterooms covered in this video include:
Inside (no window)
Outside (small window)
Balcony (a cabin with a verandah that you can stand or sit on)
Mini-suite (Princess Cruises mini-suites are nearly 50 sq feet bigger than a regular balcony stateroom and come with a complimentary welcome glass of champagne upon embarkation).
