President Biden has declared the Sept. 2023 RI Storms and Flooding a Disaster on January 8, 2024. All RI residents and business owners living in Providence County can apply for Federal disaster funds (DR-4753-RI) to recover the costs incurred for repairs and replacements caused by severe storms and flooding in September 2023. This video explains how DDBHH persons living in Providence County, Rhode Island, can apply for DR-4753-RI funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
