How to Disable Animation in Telegram for Windows

Open Telegram Desktop app.
Click on the Burger menu at the top left corner of the window. Choose Settings from the list. The new window will open.
Go to Advanced. Scroll down and look for Performance. Go to Enable animations option. Turn the switch off to disable the option.
