Install and configure MariaDB with Ansible on CentOS 8
From start to finish we show you how to install MariaDB on CentOS 8 and configure local root access and root password. We configure passwordless sudo access on the system and install Ansible. We create the playbook and adjust with the tasks that are required. We then extend to another CentOS 8 system to show the awesome power on Ansible. We set up key based authentication so we are not prompted for passwords when configuring the remote system
