UKRAINE WAR: Shock for Vladimir Putin! Videos published! New attacks on Moscow!
Ukraine attacked Moscow with several drones on Tuesday night. At least two high-rise buildings in the Ramenskoye district were damaged and fires broke out in several apartments, Moscow Governor Andrey Vorobyov said on the Telegram short message service. A 46-year-old woman was killed and three people were injured. 43 residents of the district were taken to emergency accommodation.
Domodedovo and Zhukovo airports were temporarily closed to air traffic, the RIA news agency reported. Over 30 domestic and international flights were canceled. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced via Telegram that at least 15 drones had been shot down in the area around the capital. Emergency services were deployed to several locations in the region and near Zhukovo airport, as well as to the Domodedovo district.
The Telegram channels Shot and Basa, which are close to Russian security services, published videos showing a burning multi-story apartment building. According to them, five apartments were destroyed. In the Tula region, which borders the Moscow region to the north, a drone wreck fell on an "energy facility," RIA reported, citing authorities. "Technological processes" were not interrupted, however.
More than 60 drones were shot down over the Bryansk region, which borders Ukraine, and the Lipetsk region in southern Russia, according to local governors. No damage or casualties were initially reported there.
Reuters was unable to verify the information. There was no immediate comment from Ukraine.
