I used sardine in this video but any canned fish (trout, mackerel, tuna or other) will work - just make sure it's in oil. Have your favorite crackers ready for this delicious avocado dip or can also be served as a spread on a slice of bread. 2 tins of canned fish (220 g)
1 large or 2 small/medium avocados
3 tablespoons of table cream, can be substituted with yogurt, mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 red onion
Spring onion
1 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
