As you might have already figured out, the Morse-encoded signal conveys the message "2207" and it was the starting point for the entire rhythmic arrangement. The meaning of that number is as straightforward as it could be - it was the number of the appartment where the majority of the social networking (or just "parties") happened during the trip mentioned in the dedication section. Maybe you will find some more hidden messages hidden in the song...
