In this episode of Emergency Response Liberty County, Zany gives tier servers (matchmaking servers) another visit. It has been a super long time since Zany last visited tier matched serves. Tier servers require that ALL players in that particular server have the same average amount of XP points. In this tier 2 server, Zany finds himself in a hold-up as he deters cops from entering a house he broke into earlier. Zany threatens the cops with detonating a bomb and the SWAT team is eventually called. The SWAT team is finally able to make entry and are able to apprehend Zany after a bit of a stand-off.
