iShowU Instant to iShowU V6: what do I need to know?

There's a couple of important changes in V6 for those of you used to how iShowU Instant works.

Firstly though: iShowU V6 is mostly the same idea. Record in realtime, produce a movie as soon as you press "stop". It just does it better, and faster (with some more features!)

Changes:

The "canvas" (the size of the output, and where all the visual layers are composited to)
No audio driver required!

Ability to record only some elements of the screen (examples: if you record, notice how iShowU V6 isn't part of the recording? or; you can record just one app, or a selection of apps)
Camera, AI based background removal, backgrounds, masking
Layers
Speed - V6 is "all Metal" for the fastest possible performance
