Senbon Torii — Enter Another Dimension | Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kyoto
This is a meditative expression of my experience walking Mount Inari hike, the iconic shrine Fushimi Inari Taisha with the thousand vermillion gates. In Japan this is a so-called power spot that is steeped in rich history and various legends and folklore. It has a huge importance in Japanese culture. The atmosphere here is so deep it can be felt within and all around you.
Leave everyday life behind you and take a step into the torii, let it transport you into another world.
Pay your humble respects to the gods and make a wish. Go on a journey deeper and connect with your inner self.
