"TROPICAT" is a 2007 Bertram 63' Convertible listed for sale in Coral Gables, Florida.
There are a total of four staterooms and three heads below including a midships master with a large walk-around queen berth and en-suite head. The guest VIP stateroom is forward also with a queen berth and en-suite head. There are a total of 4 single berths in the 2 guest staterooms.
The cockpit offers a large fishing teak deck with a beautiful mezzanine. She has an oversized fishbox, transom livewell, electric outlets, tuna door, freezer and marlin fighting chair.
A highlight on this Bertram is the molded-in spiral staircase leading up to the bridge, complete with a handrail. The bridge has two beautiful Murray teak helm chairs, large helm console with a new custom C-Zone monitoring system, new Garmin electronics (2023), wrap-around seating forward, drink box and a single seat on the aft flybridge deck. C-Worthy Custom cushions, new in 2023.
Equipped with the preferred Caterpillar C32Acerts (1825hp) engine package, she just spent 4 months in the boat yard completing the Caterpillar overhaul.
