In the video above I show you how to retrieve a secret side mission. There are many side missions which can only be retrieved via a mission giver in the world. They will only show up once you go near them. There also happened to be a secret vendor here and a collectible electronic device!! I believe the secret vendor changes locations every day/week. I will keep an eye out for this moving forward and let you guys know where it is located!!
