This stray dog rescued by PAWSsion Project:
"Meet Shawie, another stray rescued from two months ago and given hope and a chance in life.
With: Anemic, High blood infection, Low blood platelets, Sarcoptic mange, Demodex mange and TVT.
She would need quite a while to recover from both types of mange and probably 5 weekly sessions of chemo. Before we begin chemo, we need to work on improving her bloodworks first to make sure her health will not be compromised.
After few weeks for treatment: Shawie has finally completed her oral medications for the blood infections and is finally ready for her 1st chemo session!
Also, notice how much progress her skin has made.
And today after about two months: She is almost all back and one more chemo session left and you’ll already celebrate a new year ahead of us!! New life, more love. They will always be worth it
We cannot wait to see you fully healed and most importantly be happy and confident again! Please continue help and prayers for her."
