Microvision Private Funding Update November 2024 MVIS
Microvision announced in October that they have secured funding from a group called High Trail Capitol for $75 million dollars in a convertible note facility. That is debt that has the option of converting into stock under certain conditions.
This extends Microvision's runway out past 2026 which will give them time to start selling their Movia Sensor in the industrial sector to agriculture, mining and forklift operations.
I also visited the Luminar Facility to do opposition research to no avail.
