Simple Fortune Mining Contraption

Here I am showing off a contraption I made that allows you to afk mine your ores with your fortune pickaxe. Super simple idea, but very effective.

How it works: You put a stack of the ores in your off-hand and equip your mending pick in your main hand. Hold both right and left click to mine the ore and instantly place another. The dropper will automatically refill your off-hand with more ores as you use them. The key is to ensure your inventory is full so that the items go into your off-hand slot and not into your inventory. Because ores give exp, your pickaxe will never break.

P.S. If you wanted to, you could add a hopper going into the dropper with a chest to allow for more than 9 stacks of ores, but I feel like doing 9 stacks of ore at a time is sufficient for me.
