One of the best place to eat Boyoz in Izmir - Zeynel Ergin Gevrek Fırını -
Boyoz is a street food that I loved since the first time.
This food is for breakfast one of my favourite in the turkish wide range of breakfasts food.
Normally you can eat with a boiled egg beside it and a turkish black tea. That's all you need for me to have a very nice and yummy first meal of the day!
This place I've visited was really a surprise! With many variations of the original recipe (empty inside) and a lot of great one.
I would just reccomend you to eat the one with white chocolate, also the one with normal chocolate and the one with eggplant were some of my favourite.
Not so passionate about the one with tahin.
The place is really nice as well, lots of table outside as well that inside.
The service is really fast and all the staff is really friendly and helpful!
From the oven at the corner you can get in the morning almost always hot kumru and gevrek! Great place to visit for a nice and happy breakfast! :)
