How to check Windows 10 runs in UEFI or Legacy Mode:-

UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface ) is a specification that defines a more modernized model for the boot process.UEFI is a replacement for the older BIOS firmware interface and the Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI) 1.10 specifications.

Benefits of UEFI:-

Faster boot and resume times.
Ability to use security features such as Secure Boot and factory encrypted drives that help prevent untrusted code from running before the operating system is loaded.
Ability to more easily support large hard drives (more than 2 terabytes) and drives with more than four partitions.
It's really easy to Check Your Windows 10 PC runs in UEFI or Legacy Mode:-

Right-click on the Start menu and select the "Run Menu" or either press Windows key + R and enter the "msinfo32" command without quotes.

in the System Summary, you have BIOS mode and Secure Boot State, as you seen in below screenshot it's showing "UEFI"

In the case of Legacy, it will show you Legacy.
