Up until the 2020 release of ZBrush. The only way to adjust the colors on a polypainted model was to manually repaint with a new color. This was especially cumbersome with detailed paint jobs. Now you can adjust the colors with more flexibility, kind of like Photoshop adjustments, right inside ZBrush. So, let's see how.
