How to Use Samsung SideSync to Transfer Media Files - Get Windows 10 to Recognize Samsung MTP
Follow these steps to transfer media files from a Samsung device to a Windows 10 computer:
1. Download Samsung SideSync: http://www.samsung.com/us/sidesync/
2. Connect device with USB cable that came with the device.
3. Click My Files
4. Locate file that you want to copy over
5. Left click and hold on the file while dragging towards your desktop to transfer the file over.
6. If you want to copy over more than one file check the boxes of the multiple files that you want to transfer over and drag them towards your desktop.
This video is also a Workaround to get Windows to recognize your Samsung device as a MTP.
