Robolink from Igus is multiple axis joint for robots. This video shows a simple 1 axis joint controlled by DC Encoder Servo Motor. Motor has inbuilt encoder and driver, it takes input from Rhino Robot Controller Board in the form of step and direction. As the motor control is completely close loop, precise movements and repetability is achived.
