How to fix a lagging and jumping mouse on a Mac? My Mac Studio does this regularly and I'm not sure why, but it's super annoying. Restarting your computer fixes the issue, until it happens again a few days later, so I came up with a quicker and easier solution.
Open Terminal
Type: sudo pkill bluetoothd
Enter your password
Boom. No more jumping mouse cursor.
