Excel on Mac - Copy Paste Without Formatting
How to copy-paste without changing the font / formatting on Excel
To do this you're gonna need to use the Paste Special feature.
On Excel online, that's going to be Shift + Command + V
On the desktop version of Excel, you'll use Control + Command + V
The universal command on macOS for this is Shift + Option + Command + V, but Microsoft doesn't care about that.
