The bird body, or three bubble roll-through, is a twist that is very useful for making sections of a design with more bulk or thickness. As suggested by one of its names, it is commonly used to make the body of a bird. The technique can be a bit daunting at first, but with a little practice it becomes easy, and you'll probably find yourself using it pretty frequently.
