So our second ripe fig in the fig tree is orchard is Lattarula or Italian Honey! If you like sweet, honey flavored figs then you're in for a tree with this Italian Honey fig. Oh my, it's so good! We picked it at the right time and it just melts in your mouth. I was skeptical at how good it would taste because it's a more common variety out there but don't let that fool you. It's another great fig tree to have in your orchard as it ripens in cooler areas. This little fruit tree is another beauty that I'll definitely be keeping in my fig tree orchard.
