Spain floods, in the epicentre of the disaster: Food and water missing in Paiporta (Valencia)
The historic flood that hit Spain had its epicenter in Paiporta. In this town southwest of Valencia, the situation is still a full emergency. On the streets hundreds and hundreds of vehicles ended up literally everywhere.
