Myeongjeong-jeon, the throne hall for Changgyeong Palace, has remained intact since 1616.
Prince Gwsnghae(r.1603~1628) had it rebuilt after it was destroyed in the Japanese invasion(1592~98)
The small, one-storied structure is the oldest among all extant throne halls from Joseon.
