Dont worry each exercise has a regression (easier version for beginners) and progression (challenge).
EXERCISE 1: Wobble squat-12-15reps (3 sets)
Regression- no bosu ball, body weight with stick
Progression replacing the stick with weight
EXERCISE 2: Back in motion-12-15reps (3 sets)
Regression-no weight
Progression-add weight plate
EXERCISE 3: Negative PullUps-12-15reps (3sets)
Regression-use resistance bands
Progression-no bands downwards control movement
EXERCISE 4: Torsonator Press-12-
