Do you lean on one leg ?
Do you sit more one one butt cheek than other ?
Do you sit with wallet in you pocket ?
Do you sleep on the same side ?
Holding baby on side of the hip.
Are you walking/jogging or running on a slanted road or a track that is a bit tilted ?
Do you have a flat foot.

It’s also important to correct any bad posture,
so the problem doesn’t come back.

To just resolve it.

Because of these habit patterns,
Overtime Some muscles become weak
& some muscles become tight. Its also
