High expectation tonight ‪@RMSothebysInc‬ auction.

Two of the rarest Ferrari are offered for your viewing pleasure and to lucky bidders around the world.

1967 Ferrari 365 California Spyder by Pininfarina, the ninth of only 14 examples built.
Completed in May 1967, the 365 was ordered new by Waldorf Leasing on behalf of Los Angeles resident Nancy Tewksbury, who already owned a 275 GTS. The California was trimmed with a Bianco Molitan “M” white leather interior that matched her 275 GTS, and it was appointed with a passenger headrest, air conditioning, and instruments in miles.

1966 Ferrari 275 GTB/6C Alloy by Scaglietti, the most coveted and rare specification of all 275 GTB two-cams; the second of only 10 examples specified from new with alloy coachwork, six carburetors, and a torque-tube driveshaft.
Completed in March 1966, the Ferrari was shipped by train to Auto-Becker and sold the following month to its first owner, a resident of Siegberg, a German town near Cologne. In early 1968 the 275 was offered for sale, and later that year it was serviced at the Ferrari factory’s Assistenza Clienti in Modena. In 1970 the Ferrari was exported to the United States where it has been living ever since.
