How to fix flutter doctor issues | cmdline-tools component is missing | Visual Studio | Morethan Fix
From the flutter doctor you can easily determine if the flutter framework is fully operational.
Issues:
1) Android toolchain - develop for Android devices (Android SDK version 32.1.0-rc1)
cmdline-tools component is missing
Run `path/to/sdkmanager --install "cmdline-tools;latest"`

Android license status unknown.
Run `flutter doctor --android-licenses` to accept the SDK licenses.

2) Visual Studio - develop for Windows (Visual Studio Community 2022 17.2.2)
The current Visual Studio installation is incomplete. Please reinstall Visual Studio.
