The piece is a 5 minute work in progress with 4 dancers who explore movements through mind, conscious & unconsciousness tools & proposals of the body. What defines an urban move? How do we create "dance moves"? How do we create in groups? Niako often asks dancers he meets questions related to this and wants to push the dancers in this piece to answer with their bodies & minds.
As one of the most acknowledged and versatile hiphop-dancers, he’s invited to judge and to do workshops worldwide. He has both won and judged the international world championship Juste Debout. Dancers in Norway are fortunate as he is currently based in Oslo and this year he’s brought together a team of Norwegian dancers for his piece.
