यमुना में आई बाढ़, दिल्ली पुलिस बनी ढाल - Delhi Police I Crime Update
Delhi Police did various relief and rescue works in flood affected areas of Delhi. Under this, North east district Police had also made several announcements and called upon people to evacuate low-lying areas soon after receiving an alert from the authorities about the Yamuna's water level rising above normal. Along with this, north east district police also joined shoulder to shoulder with NDRF, flood department and private boat owners, and saved around 1006 people and more than 1000 cattle and other animals were rescued and rehabilitated in various camps in a joint rescue operation.
