Video Voyeur #1 walks the aisles at an Orlando Best Buy NEED to Identify
Around 9 pm on September 18th, 2013 this unidentified man was captured on video, taking pictures or recording video under little girls' skirt. It happened at the Best Buy on 8530 South Orange Blossom Trail. Pay attention to the video in the latter part of this clip. There are two incidents where he is placing his cell phone under the skirts of girls under the age of 10. We want to catch him, before his behavior escalates.
