Everyone is talking about multitasking nowadays, but look at yourself, what you are doing.
Many people believe themselves to be multitasking masters, but could it all be in their heads?
NO
Multitasking may sound like a good idea in theory, but when it comes to real life, multitasking is not effective.
Our brains were not built to multitask.
Look at the kids below 7 years old, They don't do multitask.
Multitasking is the biggest enemy of creativity.
Focus is the key to success, we all know that, but then why we do multitask?
Multitasking lowers your work quality and efficiency.
Our brains are designed to focus on one thing at a time, and bombarding them with information only slows them down.
Protect your brain, if you wanna use it for long time accurately.
For men, multitasking can drop IQ as much as 15 points, essentially turning you into the cognitive equivalent of an 8-year-old kid.
The damage could be permanent.
Is it okay to talk when eating food while using a cell phone and planning your next meeting?
I don't think so, even you don't think so but you are doing.
Multitasking lowers your quality of brain processing which ultimately reduce efficiency.
I think doing one good thing is better than doing three bad things at the same time.
So, Stop multitasking all the time and give proper time to your brain to relax.
