AMD GPUs are pretty neglected by the PC Building community, especially in 2024. Only the entry level models, like the RX 6600 get recommended. That's very often for a reason though, as driver support has been lackluster, as well as there have been a lot of overheating and noise issues, especially talking about coil whine.
I generally like my AMD cards a bit older, after a few years of being in the market, however that time may have already arrived for the RX 7700 XT, so much so that I think that it might be the best brand new GPU to buy right now, together with the RX 7900 GRE.
Let me know what you think about down in the comments!
