Ad Infinitum All Knowing Achievement/Trophy ( Read All Letters)

This achievement/trophy has been unlocking for multiple people, including myself on chapter three in the hospital prior to reading all the notes. So it isn’t clear yet if it’s glitched or you only have to read specific notes.

There is technically three notes I missed and I still was able to unlock the achievement ,but I’ll add them in the description :

Before climbing the ladder at 6:52 there’s a note on the floor

A little after the note at 20:00, using the gas mask you can either go straight through the gas and collect a dog tag or turn right to proceed. Immediately when you turn right it’ll be on the floor in the gas.

In chapter three when your in the hospital, after collectible 32:27, there will be a note directly ahead on a chair in the dark, before walking over the bed mounds on the left.
