North Korea may conduct ICBM or nuclear test around U.S. presidential election
South Korean Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun said North Korea could launch and ICBM or conduct a seventh nuclear test before or after the U.S. elections in an attempt to "exaggerate their presence."
